Layout notes

The owner scan puts the vanity and the toilet on the west wall and the bathtub in the east alcove. This plan holds all three positions, so the drain, the vent and the supply lines stay where they are.

The tub keeps its drain and its filler at the north end of the alcove. The alcove measures 55 13/16 inches clear between the head wall and the south wall. Measure that alcove before the tub order.

A 30 by 54 inch clear strip runs the full open side of the tub. The clear floor between the toilet front and the tub is 37 5/8 inches.

Finish direction: the same Amboise Beige 24 by 48 porcelain, the same Suite Vita Beige accent, the same neutral quartz remnant and the same Champagne Bronze Delta Trinsic fittings the ensuite uses. The vanity is a 24-inch walnut cabinet, the nearest small match to the 60-inch ensuite vanity. Concealed LED sits below the vanity and behind the mirror. Electrical details remain separate.
